What Happens Next?
Now that you've completed your Registration Form, here's a breakdown of what will happen next from our head office, once you've selected your payment plan.
Q. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ME GET ACCREDITED?
A. After you've selected and completed your payment of the desired accreditation plan, our evaluation team will go over your course or training material (which normally takes a few days to complete). We will then provide you with any feedback or suggestions on meeting international standards, and request any further information if necessary. Once everything checks out then, you will be issued your Certified 'Provider award and badge seal' to be displayed on your course's platform and training materials.
Q. HOW DOES THE FEEDBACK PROCESS WORK?
A. Once you receive feedback from us, be sure to address the areas that need improvement. If the Quality and Standards criteria are met, you will gain the UKVLI accreditation seal.
Q. WHAT ARE SOME OF THE QUALITY & STANDARDS?
A. The provider follows ethical standards in its operations and uses a name that is not associated with any activity that can negatively impact UKVLI's reputation. The provider exercises non-discrimination in its treatment of learners and staff. The provider maintains and provides access to resources that appropriately support the courses it offers.
Q. HOW LONG WILL MY ENDORSEMENT LAST?
A. Every 12 months as part of our EduTech™ mandate, the evaluation team reviews all registered UKVLI providers and members to see if all Quality and Standards are continuing to be met. Your endorsement from us will last as long as your accreditation payments are met and your courses, platform, and training materials are in good standing.
Q. HOW DOES THE ENDORSED QVLA CERTIFICATES WORK?
A. On course completion, once a course has been certified by us, we will provide certificates to successful students who have completed your accredited training. These certificates can be verified by employers and professional organizations > here.
Q. CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
A. Accreditation Subscription cancellations can be made at any time, however, it is important to note that once this is done your status on our system and on our verification platform will change to 'invalid'. Your students will also not be able to request endorsed certificates from us. Legally you will no longer be allowed to display our trademarked seals, badges and logos on any material or platforms as this would violate our agreement.
